Robogames was founded by David Calkins in 2004. We at the Northeast Robotics Club ( NERC ) applaud David Calkins for his tireless work in promoting the sport year after year. We hope this will once again bring combat robotics back the national stage it once enjoyed.

What you may not realize from watching Killer Robots, Battlebots, or Robot Wars, is that every day people of all ages and backgrounds can and do build these machines in their garages and basements. There are many different weight class options which can accommodate a wide range of skills and budgets.

Whether you want to watch live in person, or build your own 'bot and compete in our tournaments, be sure to attend our two annual events.
