So dont procrastinate. ***EVENT REMINDER*** Lithium polymer batteries will continue to be allowed in 3lb and lower weight classes at The Franklin Institute. At NERC’s discretion, these lithium polymer restrictions may be extended to other future venues that are sensitive to fire/smoke. Battery restrictions at the Franklin Institute are limited to lithium polymer (LiPo, Li-poly) batteries. The following battery types are not restricted at any venues or in any weight classes: Allowed or restricted battery types may change at NERC’s discretion as battery technologies evolve.
